Administrative Code

The Legislative Council codifies all rules of state administrative agencies, as that term is defined by North Dakota Century Code Section 28-32-02, into the North Dakota Administrative Code. The Administrative Code is published in CD-ROM format. The code is updated with quarterly supplements. The subscription price for the Administrative Code is $60 per year, which includes four quarterly supplements containing the updated text of the entire Administrative Code and a separate quarterly supplement containing only sections created, amended, or repealed for that calendar quarter. The office of Secretary of State handles subscriptions to the Administrative Code.
